3. Return conditions
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.
Returned products must be:
- Not worn
- Unwashed
- In perfect condition
- In their complete original packaging
⚠️ Damaged, worn or incomplete items will not be refunded.
4. Return procedure
- Send a request to contact@wax-candy.com with the order number, the items concerned and the reason (optional).
- A return address will be provided to you.
- Ship the package within 14 days of the request. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds
Once the return has been validated, the refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method.
